Church Norton - on the shores of Pagham Harbour
It's easy to miss Church Norton - it lies at the end of a poorly signposted road just north of Selsey.
But Church Norton is one of the most interesting (and least busy) historical sites in West Sussex.
Although you would never guess it from the sleepy atmosphere, Church Norton was a place of great importance in Sussex life over a thousand years ago.
