Guitar shops: guitars, amplifiers and accessories
Getting the right guitar for the type of music you want to play isn't always straightforward. Thankfully specialist music shops are always ready with good advice to help you pick the right instrument for you. If you're thinking about buying a guitar, here are some suggested Sussex guitar shops to get you started.
Bedrock Music
West Sussex guitar store
Bedrock Music has two branches - one in Crawley, the other in Burgess Hill. While their website doesn't have the bells and whistles of some of the other guitar shops on this page, it tells you which guitars they have in stock and encourages you to give them a call to find out more about each guitar.

The Guitar and Amp Shop
Mandolins, banjos, ukeleles and guitars
MB Music's online guitar and amp shop has a whole host of strings, guitars and other guitar equipment as you would expect. You might not expect them to sell ukeleles, banjos and mandolins though - but they do. If a mandolin's good enough for John Peel to play on TV, then it's good enough for me. Instant guitar cred in my book (admittedly it's The Book of Dodgy Guitar Assumptions).
Like many guitar shops who also have an online store, the prices for guitars online are often different than those offered in the "real life" guitar shop.
