A leading riding school with excellent facilities. Riding lessons are given in various disciplines such as dressage, show-jumping, and cross-country.Unusually, it also offers training in Mounted Skill at Arms.
Facilities include one indoor and one outdoor school and, when weather permits, an outdoor skill-at-arms arena, a show jumping arena and a cross country course.

Compton Cross Country Course

Fair Oak Cross Country Course

Horse racing
Fontwell Park
Over 20 meetings a year. Fontwell Park, which is five miles east of Chichester, has been voted the ‘Best Small Racecourse in the South East’ for the last 17 years by the Racegoers Club.In recent years the course has revamped its facilities and it hosts a large number of non-racing events too.
