Love climbing? OK, so we don't have any actual mountains in West Sussex - but that's no reason to keep the keen climber away from his or her passion for rock climbing. We have both outdoor and indoor climbing facilities and plenty of opportunities to improve your climbing skills.

Climbing training
The Adur Outdoor Activities centre has a 10m high climbing wall plus a training wall and there are climbing courses for everyone from kids to experienced lead climbers.

Hatt Adventures
Climbing experience days
Hatt Adventures run rock climbing courses in Sussex.Some of the courses are firmly aimed at beginners - they are styled rock climbing experience days. You can also combine your rock climbing with abseiling courses too - a real thrill if you've never done it before.
For more experienced climbers, you can also improve your climbing skills with Lead Climbing Courses and Self-rescue training.
